I LOVE baking. I make cakes quite a lot but I made cupcakes last night and this morning for the people currently on the Alpha course. I haven't done just "normal" cupcakes for a long time so it was of great satisfaction to me to bake something that was easy, didn't take that long to do and that I got to put hundreds and thousands on at the end too which made me feel like I was 5 years old again. Apparently they went down well so note to self: Don't leave it as long to bake cupcakes.
