My Mum always said she thought Le Creuset was too heavy even though it's good quality, and that's why she doesn't own any. I tend to agree with her, although I think i'd make an exception for this new Coastal Blue colour range that's exclusive to John Lewis. The colour is amazing and I can already imagine it in my imaginary kitchen with cream cabinets, a butler sink and a wooden dining table in...back to reality. In my opinion it's the nicest colour Le Creuset have brought out so far and I would quite happily risk the increase in bulking out my arm muscles everytime I wanted to make a casserole if it meant I could own a piece of this collection. Maybe i'll just stick to the utensil pot...no weight lifting necessary.
